Logistics IT Project Coordinator

Summary
Perform wide-range of general administrative duties to support on-going operational needs. Handle routine assistant tasks such as data analysis, research, system implementation & improvement, etc.
Seeking a Logistics IT Project Coordinator for the Logistics Division at a Japanese trading food companuy to support both warehouse operations and domestic delivery management.
The Logistics IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting ongoing operational needs, including reporting, analyzing, and executing the most efficient processes while improving operational costs, increasing quality, and enhancing service to meet customer expectations.
Additionally, this role involves general administrative duties, data analysis, research, system implementation, and vendor management as needed.
This individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate operational efficiencies.

Essential Duties
• ​​​​​​​Prepare reports as needed, such as Logistics KPIs, etc.
• Communicate with colleagues, vendors, and other individuals to answer questions and disseminate or explain information as appropriate.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Conduct research on relevant activities (regulations and new systems).
• Maintain and update filing and database systems.
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information for responding to requests.
• Deliver messages and run errands as needed.
• Provide support for ongoing logistics activities as appropriate

Qualifications
​​​​​​​2-3 years of professional experience preferred
Education: High School/G.E.D (College Preferred)
