Warehouse Clark
Summary
Warehouse duties include managing the efficient ordering, storage, organization, and dispatch of
goods and merchandise. Primary responsibilities include ensuring accurate control of inventory,
quality control, compliance with safety regulations, and a neat and tidy work environment.
The most important thing is to double-check and follow procedures for accurate warehouse entry
and exit operations.
Essential Duties
Receives and inspects merchandise:
Receives and inspects goods and materials and maintains accurate inventory records.
Report and resolve any discrepancies or damage as appropriate.
Storage and Organization: Store and organize goods and materials.
Store goods and materials in appropriate locations and organize them in a neat and orderly manner.
Label and categorize inventory items to allow easy tracking of goods.

Order Picking and Packing:
Selects products based on customer orders and carefully packages and prepares them for
shipment. In doing so, ensure that the actual inventory of products to be stocked matches the
desk calculation. Prepare shipping documents and get them ready for shipment.

Inventory Control:
Conduct regular inventory inspections to ensure that inventory records match actual inventory.
Take necessary action if inventory is inadequate.
Prepare in advance for periodic physical inventory by checking the pre-actual quantity of specially
manufactured products, removing pallets of inventory from shelf racks the day before, and aligning
them on the floor. On the day of the physical inventory, check for any discrepancies between the
actual inventory quantity and the system inventory quantity.

Shipping and Dispatch:
Organize goods for shipping and dispatch and load them onto transportation vehicles.
Manage shipping procedures and work with shipping providers.

Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of goods, report defective products, and return or dispose of them if
necessary.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure safe operations and use of proper equipment in the warehouse and follow safety
regulations.
Comply with warehouse regulations and industry codes.

Equipment Maintenance:
Maintains warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and performs regular inspections.
Reports equipment problems or malfunctions and arranges for repair or replacement).

Equipment Purchasing:
Maintains inventory of supplies (pallets, labels, tape, etc.) needed for warehouse operations and
periodically places orders with vendors.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​ High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional qualifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics (preferably 1-3 years).
