A new authentic Japanese restaurant (opening September 2025) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to support our Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations. Applicants should ideally have some experience in Japanese cuisine, be able to fillet fish, demonstrate strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic, have at least basic Japanese language skills. (Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.)
