Booth attendant/Japanese-English bilingual
Summary
BAs will support a Japanese automotive company at their booth, explaining products and technologies to mostly English-speaking visitors. Fluency in English and business-level Japanese are required. Ideal candidates are personable, eager to learn, and have strong hospitality skills.

Essential Duties
· Format: Exhibition at ITS World Congress 2025
· Guests: A few thousand visitors to the entire exhibition (the majority are English speakers, but there will also be some Japanese and Spanish speakers)
· Client: Japanese major automotive company 

The BAs will work at a Japanese automotive company's booth, where their technologies and products are displayed. They will be responsible for introducing these technologies and products to visitors. If the explanation becomes too technical, they will hand it over to the corporate staff. 
It is important for BAs to understand the products and technologies and be able to explain them in their own words. They do not need to memorize the scripts perfectly but are allowed to have a cheat sheet in hand.
The majority of visitors are English speakers, so BAs are required to be fluent in English and have business-level proficiency in Japanese. The ideal BA is someone who is willing to learn about the products and technologies and is good at interacting with people. They should also have strong hospitality skills. Interpreters who only speak without a hospitable attitude are not ideal.

• 8/27 Day 3 : 9:00~18:30 (9.5h) - JP/EN staff (2) x EN staff (1) 
• 8/28 Day 4 : 9:00​​​​​​​ - 15:00 (6.5h) - JP/EN staff (2) x EN staff (1)
