【Position】 
Sales Assistant (Japanese Bilingual)

【Summary】
The Sales Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the business development and project investment activities. This role includes preparing presentations, coordinating internal and external communications, and assisting with meeting documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual in Japanese and English.

【Essential Duties】

• Attend and take minutes at regular meetings with business partners and stakeholders
• Review regular investment reports, capital matter documents from partners
• Prepare various sales administrative lists such as client lists, communication dialog, potential project lists, etc.
• Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and other project-related materials
• Assist with market research and project documentation
• Support internal reporting and coordination across teams
• Translate documents (Japanese ⇄ English) as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the sales/investment team
• Communicate professionally with both Japanese and local business partners

【Working Hours, Working style】
9:00-17:45（Monday to Friday）

Plano, TX

【Salary, Benefit】
 45-50K + DOE

【Qualifications】

• Business-level proficiency in  both Japanese and English (verbal and written)  is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Real Estate, or related field a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or investment industry is a plus
