【Position】
 QA Specialist

【Summary】
 A Japanese company is looking for a QA specialist in Irvine.

【Essential Duties】

• Analyzing data and evaluate the current process and process changes.
• Prepares documentation for Annual QA Audit.
• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
• Reviews all data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.

【Working Hours, Working style】
  8:00-16:30（30 mins unpaid lunch)
  *If you prefer taking 1 hour lunch break, we can consider as well.

【Working Location】
 Irvine, CA

【Salary, Benefit】
 $20-28/hr

【Qualifications】
 ・English　（Japanese: Big plus）
・2-5 years of QA experience

 ​​​​・Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
 ・Strong Communication and organizational skills.
 ・Resolving production issues.
 ​​・Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. 
 ・Documenting and reporting product and service quality levels.    
 ・ Knowledge of running enzyme testing, sensory organizing, yeast propagation, production cross check.
