QC Manager

​​​​​​​Understand the needs and requirements of clients and communicate them to the production teams. Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process for higher-quality goods. Create, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and train staff to use them. Set requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor compliance. Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff members, providing guidance. Ensure compliance with legal obligations, regulatory bodies, and health and safety guidelines. Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Inspect the final output, compare it to the requirements, and approve or reject the final products. Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. Gain feedback from clients, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
