Position
Quality Control Manager
Summary
Understand the needs and requirements of clients and communicate them to the production teams. Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process for higher-quality goods. Create, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and train staff to use them. Set requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor compliance. Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff members, providing guidance. Ensure compliance with legal obligations, regulatory bodies, and health and safety guidelines. Oversee product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Inspect the final output, compare it to the requirements, and approve or reject the final products. Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. Gain feedback from clients, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
Essential Duties
• Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
• Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
• Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
• Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
Working Hours, Working style
Monday-Friday 6am-3pm with some overtime during the week and some Saturdays as needed

Qualifications
​​​​​​​1. Experience in Supervising staff and overseeing product development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards.
2. Previous experience working with clients to ensure the final products meet needs and requirements.
3. Very detail oriented, strong communication & listening skills
4. Strong observational, analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Previous experience in Production or or Manufacturing
6. Good Technical and IT Skills
