Office Manager 

Summary
A major Japanese trading company is hiring for Office Manager .

Essential Duties
**Essential Duties**
 

• Management and supervision of two offices
• Supervision of subordinates (approximately 10 people)
• Communication with banks and handling payment-related matters
• Arranging repairs and coordinating with service providers in case of damage within the office
• Management and supervision of contracts
• Reporting to superiors

Working Hours, Working style
8:00~17:00
- Weekends and public holidays are off.

Salary/Benefit
54K~60K

​​​​​​​Start as a regular admin with an hourly wage of $26. If performance is satisfactory, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager with a salary range of $57K to $60K. Based on further performance, you may be promoted to Manager with an approximate salary of $80K.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​

• Someone who understands Hawaiian culture
• 2 to 5 years of experience as an office manager
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bilingual in Japanese and English is a plus
• Ability to multitask
