【Position】 
Production Control (Shipping and Receiving) Team Leader 2nd shift 

【Summary】
A Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a Production Team Lead (2nd shift)

【Essential Duties】

• Ability to lead production control team members to ensure their success in meeting daily goals with high priority to safety and quality.
• Ability to manage electronic data interchange process and work on Toyota computer system.
• Ability to accurately perform paper work as related to the shipping and receiving of parts.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift/tugger and pass test to acquire operator's license.
• Ability to complete daily tasks without close supervision
• Ability to work with other departments to meet production goals
• Ability to recommend kaizen activities based on daily activity
• Ability to regularly multitask in order to maintain smooth operation flow
• Must have a clean work record.
• Good attendance is required in order to be considered.

【Working Hours, Working style】
2:30pm-11:00pm

【Working Location】
Lebanon, KY

【Salary, Benefit】
$21.25 - $25/hr

【Qualifications】

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a supervisory position.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience operating forklifts.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 30 pounds on a routine basis.
• Ability to work all shifts & flexible work hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
• Must be able to safely & proficiently operate a forklift and maintain certification
