Warehouse Staff (Order Picking Team Leader)

Summary
A Japanese cosmetic distribution company is hiring a Warehouse Staff (Order Picking Team Leader).
The Order Picking Team Leader plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations by overseeing the order picking process. This leader will ensure that order fulfillment is carried out efficiently and accurately while managing a team of order pickers.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission to provide high-quality Japanese beauty and healthcare products across the United States.

Essential Duties

• Supervise and lead the order picking team to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
• Coordinate daily operations of the picking area, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance skills and knowledge related to order picking operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Monitor inventory levels, reporting discrepancies and ensuring stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback in a constructive manner to promote continuous improvement.

Working Hours, Working style
9:00am 6pm (Monday - Thursday), 10:00am - 6:00pm (Friday)

Salary/Benefit
$19~$20(Probation for 3 months), 45K~50K

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a similar environment is required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and order picking processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
