【Position】
Sales assistant

【Summary】
A Japanese children's apparel brand is looking for a new store staff member.

【Essential Duties】
· Ensure the best possible customer experience in our store.
· Communicate with customers as a “brand ambassador”.
· Help customers make selections by providing information such as brand concept, explanation about seasonal collection, and product information. Offers suggestions as necessary.
·  Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals agreed upon with the company
· Build and maintains a loyal customer base.· Process payments by using POS system.
· Replenish merchandise and maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising.
·  Keep clientele informed by notifying them of arrival of new merchandise, sales promotion and special event.
· Create and send daily sale reports
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Follow all store policies and procedures written in the company's Employee Handbook.
· Pack and ship items ordered by the customers.Marketing and Customer Engagement

Enhance customer base through various marketing strategies including word of mouth, promotions, and personal networking.

Coach Associates to ensure high customer engagement and fulfillment of customer needs.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready.

【Working Hours, Working style】
More than 3 days a week
The store opens 10:00 ～18:00 / Mon-Sun
The early shift is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the late shift is from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

【Qualifications】
·    Interest and experience in luxury fashion.
·    Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
·    Excellent communication both verbal and written in English.
·    Detail oriented. Demonstrate an energetic, positive and friendly attitude.
· Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and should be comfortable with using the Internet.
·    Some light lifting may be required (20-30 lbs).
·    Language Skill – Business Level English and Japanese
