【Job Summary】: Our company specializes in providing plastic injection molding services for the automotive industry. In this role, you will primarily target Tier 1 automotive companies, handling sales activities related to injection molding of automotive parts. Leveraging your bilingual skills in Japanese and English, you will facilitate smooth communication with clients and drive market expansion and increased orders.

【Key Responsibilities】:

1. Develop and execute sales plans targeting Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturers.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs through regular meetings and visits to enhance service delivery.
3. Conduct market research to understand market trends and competitor activities, utilizing findings to adjust strategies and acquire new clients.
4. Handle price negotiations, contract discussions, and delivery schedule adjustments, ensuring smooth progress of negotiations with clients.
5. Monitor project progress and collaborate with internal departments to meet client requirements.
6. Report on sales activities, market trends, and other relevant information to share with superiors and stakeholders.

【Required Skills and Experience】:

• Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Preferably, knowledge and experience in the automotive industry and plastic injection molding.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks independently.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.).

【Other Information】:

• While the role is primarily office-based, occasional client visits and business trips may be required.
