Job Description

【Position】
 Temporary Accountant (Temp)

【Summary】
You will discuss the practical aspects of the accounting department with our CFO.

【Essential Duties】
・ Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and
receivable
・Completing purchase orders
・Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the
finance team
・Completing bank reconciliations
・Manage Accounts Payable and Expensify teams to reduce aging of liabilities.
・Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a SOX environment.
・Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and
compliance.
・Prepare flux analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet to external auditors.
・Respond to inquiries from the executive staff, other departmental managers, and
vendors regarding financials issues.
・Work closely with, Manila, and Japan and teams across the organization to
optimize information reporting and to monitor financial metrics and fluctuations.
・Be responsible for calculating monthly Sales commission.
・Be keen to updated standard of generally accepted accounting principles.

【Qualifications】
・Bilingual in Japanese preferable; read/write/speaking proficiency for financial
reporting to corporate Japan.
・BS degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent of experiences in accounting
・Excel skills (knowledge of VLOOK-UP, PIVOT, SUMIF, IFERROR, DSUM.)
・Advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting software – D365
・Experience in the technology and service industry is preferred.
・Rich experience of Banking system experiences is preferred.
