Sales Manager
Summary
Japanese company is looking for Sales Manager
Essential Duties

l  Achieves the sales quota which is discussed and agreed between the incumbent and management.

l  Forecasts sales, prepares annual budgets, and conducts strategic planning to fuel revenue growth.

l  Travels through assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers, and to attend trade shows for business opportunities.

l  Develops new business through introduction of the company and product positioning. 

l  Attends departmental sales meetings to discuss project status and prospective customers.

l  Provides input to management on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs in the U.S..

l  Builds and maintains relationships with key customers and accounts.

Working Hours, Working style
40hr a week Flex 
Core time 10am to 3pm 
Hybrid 2~3day remote work form home.

Salary/Benefit
110K~130K  (TBD) + Bonus (Discretionary)

Qualifications
​​​​​​​

l  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering from four-year college or university; one or two years’ related experience

and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

l  Minimum of ten years of experience in a similar position in LED or lighting industry.
