Job Description

【Responsibilities】
● Create and set up new projects, invoices, etc. While utilizing our ERP system (Microsoft NAV).
● Create and maintain filing systems – both electronic and physical.
● Write, translate and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
● Function as the point of contact for some internal and external stakeholders.
● Support team in any additional administrative duties.

【Requirements/Skills】
● Bilingual (Japanese/English)
● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel highly preferred)
● Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
● Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
