【Job Summary】: We are a Japanese cutting tool manufacturer seeking an experienced sales professional for new business development. While specialized product knowledge is not required, fluency in Japanese and a strong background in sales are essential. This position aims to expand the market and enhance services to both new and existing customers, with a primary focus on automotive parts manufacturers.

【Key Responsibilities】:

1. Market Research and Prospecting:

   • Identify potential customer segments, with a primary focus on automotive parts manufacturers.
   • Distinguish key differentiators from competitors in the cutting tool market.
   • Analyze trends and dynamics in the automotive manufacturing sector to inform sales strategy.

2. New Customer Acquisition:

   • Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
   • Understand product/service features and provide tailored proposals to automotive clients.

3. Sales Strategy Planning and Execution:

   • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the automotive manufacturing sector.
   • Present product value through presentations and sales activities to automotive clients.

4. Relationship Building with Automotive Customers:

   • Build strong relationships with both existing and new automotive customers.
   • Understand the specific needs of automotive clients and provide relevant proposals and solutions.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

   • Create reports on the progress of sales activities within the automotive sector and market trends.
   • Utilize numerical data for analysis, adjusting strategies and identifying areas for improvement.

• Native-level fluency in Japanese.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
