We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in various HR functions and hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 【Responsibilities】
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.

【HR Administration】
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and policies.

【Training and Development】
Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.

【Performance Management】
Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees, setting performance goals, and facilitating performance reviews.
Assist in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.

【Compliance and Regulations】
Stay updated on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
Assist in audits and inspections related to HR practices and documentation.

【Qualifications】
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Over 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
Over 5 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing or food industries
Over 5 years of HR experience focused on performance management and employee relations.
Bilingual English/Japanese or English/Spanish Preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 
Capability to adapt within fast-changing environment and to be flexible as needed.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task within fast-paced working environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
