II. Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Utilize CPA expertise to contribute to financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

III. Job Duties:

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
4. Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and address audit findings.
5. Utilize CPA knowledge to provide insights into financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
6. Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
7. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial data.
8. Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and process improvements.
9. Maintain compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax professionals for timely filing.
10. Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
12. Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
13. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering professional development.
14. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
15. Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.
16. Support strategic financial initiatives and contribute to decision-making processes.

V. Job Specifications Required (Education, Experience, Specific Skills):

• CPA certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
