*Office Administrator cum Accounting Coordinator

【Summary】 Our Office Administrator is the point of contact for all employees, and as an Accounting Coordinator, daily report to outsourced financial accounting company. 【Essential Duties】 Administrator Duty • Coordinate and oversee all office activities. • Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies. • Make travel arrangements for the senior managers and other team members. • Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities. • Keep databases in check and update them regularly. • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs. • Create and present reports for management. • Assisting Sales and Service Engineering team with quotations and planning procurement. Accounting duties • Complete other projects and tasks assigned by management. • Performs day-to-day accounting functions, including invoice processing, • Handling accounts receivable and payable requests. • Research and resolving discrepancies in a timely fashion and providing support and assistance for any audit requests. • Participate in team, company, or other meetings and occasional training and webinars, as needed or requested. • Entering financial transactions into Accounting software to process data and complete reports and other documentation, while maintaining confidentiality of all financial data.
