【Position】
Inside Sales Associate

【Summary】
 The Inside Sales Representative is an associate level sales position with focus to labratory equipment, who is primarily responsible for inside sales account lead generation, qualification, the prospect relationship, increasing revenue and profit, and building highlevels of customer satisfaction.
This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership with accounts, as well as represent company goals within the organization to ensure quality

【Essential Duties】
・Learning product line required for success; possesses sales skills and ability to develop effectiveness
・Shadow salespeople on calls and appointments to learn industry and sales skills.
・Promote company product offerings on all sales calls to achieve maximum client solution opportunities.
・Establish strong and effective relationships with all Sales Reps and customers within the territory
・Direct Sales of laboratory equipment in vacant sales channel territory and indirect sales through Sales Reps
・Develop new sales opportunities and forward them to appropriate channel sales reps.
・Provides clear and written communications to sell products, communicate facts, and answer questions
・Consistently demonstrate a high sense of urgency, follow-up and integrity in all business interactions
・Selects best procedure for identifying the problem, and modifying an existing solution, if necessary
・Develop and understand sales plans and objectives; proactively strategize and develop plans to achieve sales goals
・Travel to several industry trade shows to promote company equipment and services.
・Prepare special pricing requests for large projects
・Collaborate with the Sales team on sales strategy and progress
・Collaborate with accounting team to understand and assist AR collections
・Various Sales Promotion Activities.

【Working Hours, Working style】
 Exempt 9am-5pm / lunch break 1 hour

【Working Location】
  Hybrid work
*This is a currently remote position, however applicant should reside within driving distance from our office in Laguna Hills, CA
*Training includes online and in-person

【Salary, Benefit】
60K-85K

【Qualifications】
・3 years of technical sales experience is preferred, but not required
・Bachelor’s degree preferably in Chemical or Material Science, or related degree
・ Must be able to read and write English.
・Any 2nd language is welcomed (Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc..)
・Must be able to travel 3 times a year (1 week trip x 3)
