Job Description

Work alongside an experienced Controls Engineer who will help you advance your technical engineering designs and project management skills.  As the position progresses, you will attend manufacturer/vendor specific training and start designing your own control systems under senior guidance.

​【Responsibilities】
●Schematic reading
●Technical hands-on tasks such as assisting with control panel fabrication or machine wiring
●AutoCAD Electrical design
●PLC ladder logic programming

【Desired Qualifications】
●Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field OR 2-year degree pertaining specifically to automation and controls plus 3 years direct experience in Controls Automation design
●AutoCAD or other CAD experience
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office
●Knowledge of PLC programming
●Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
●Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
●Orgaization and attention to details are a must
●Flexible schedule and willing to work outside of Kentucky when required
●Travel is approximately 20%
