HR Assistant

Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classifications. Create and maintain employee personnel files and other department records. Process payroll forms for exempt and non-exempt personnel. Collect point adjustments forms, PTO borrow forms, Retro Pay forms, etc. Provide written and oral employment verifications for employees as requested. Coordinate Tuition Reimbursement Program to ensure consistent application of this benefit in furthering employee’s development in meeting company skill needs. Maintain Employee Referral Forms and process Employee Referral Rewards. Initiate vendor set up process. Provide administrative support for New Hire Orientation Provide administrative support in recruiting. Attend to employees about HR related inquiries Responsible for updating HR/Recruiting bulletin boards Provide support to the Human Resources Manager on a wide variety of Human Resources projects and initiatives.
