Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety standards per OSHA and state regulations.
• Install, validate, and commission machinery/mold; diagnose and repair existing machinery/mold.
• Develop and maintain customer relations while providing professional and effective service.
• Utilize resources such as manuals, drawings, and team support to solve machine/mold problems.
• Provide telephone support to customers when necessary.
• Instruct plant maintenance and management staff on safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in molding trials, sampling, and shipping preparation for machines/molds/ancillary equipment.
• Establish relationships with international sales, service, and design departments for problem-solving.
• Provide regular, complete, and organized service and expense reports.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Incorporate corporate principles and values into work.

Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is preferred or 3 years’ experience working with Injection Stretch Blow Molding machines or 5 years with similar machine in plastics industry.

Requires at least 5 years of experience with either Nissei, Bekum, Aoki, or Husky machines.

Exceptional customer service skills; expertise in troubleshooting and solving machine issues.

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Adobe, and internet skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Travel:  60-75%, primarily in North America with some international travel.

Salary Range: Starting at 60K-80K (DOE)
