Job Description

【Position】
Consultant (Full time or Part time)

【Summary】
The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, proficient in QuickBooks, payroll, as well as Microsoft Office, and have other general office experience. (Will be responsible for bookkeeping and other administrative tasks at a client site. )

【Essential Duties】
Tracking expenses, sale taxes process
Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
Transfer data from POS and Payroll system to QuickBooks
Ensure timely processing of payroll
Basic HR functions
Other administrative matters including paperwork and communication on governmental compliance

【Working Location】
Dallas, TX (at client's office)

This position will be scheduled to work 1-5 days per week at the client's office or home office.
*Schedules are subject to change. Good for someone who is flexible.

【Working Hours】
Flexible depending on the clients' needs (ex. 9:00AM-5:00PM)

【Salary】
$60K～ (Part time: $25-30/h) ※DOE

【Holidays】
Saturdays, Sundays, holidays

【Qualifications】
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in related field in Japan or the US ※MUST
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks ※MUST
Strong organizational and logical thinking
Japanese-English bilingual skills ※MUST

HR or corporate management experiences will be a big plus.

CPA license will be a big plus
