Job Description

【Position】
 Full Charge Bookkeeper

【Essential Duties】
  Record and pay accounts payable
 Issue invoices to and collect from customers
 Calculate pay and issue payments to employees via third party
payroll platform
 Create financial statements and related financial reports
 Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes
 Accounting for fixed assets
 Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts
 Collect information as needed for the annual financial statements
audit
 Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing
system
 Inventory accountability, and year-end physical counts
 Accounting for job/project costing
 Monitor cash levels
 Reconciliation of prepaid expenses and accrued expenses
 Various month end journal entries preparation and posting
 Credit card reconciliation
In addition to these requirements, the perfect candidate will have
demonstrable experience (not simple knowledge) using Quickbooks
Enterprise Software.
As a division of a Japanese publicly traded company, our financial reports
are very specific and are prepared with the assistance of our Japanese
CPA firm.
