- Support completion of PPAP (Pre-production Approval Process) documents and obtain customer approval in all aspects including inspection standard, process flow, control plan, process FMEA, dimensional data, material test results, check fixture, gage R&R, process capability, and customer specific requirements - Serve as single contact/point of contact for customers - Complete dimensional checks and data preparation - Complete testing using test and/or measuring equipment in the quality lab - Assist Senior Quality Coordinators with customer/supplier issues as needed - Window person for supplier issues for applicable customers - Assist with issuing STR and debit memos to suppliers - Support root cause analysis and countermeasure activity for supplier quality issues - Report to the Quality Manager on supplier improvements and countermeasures - Prepare Monthly Supplier Quality Report - Support supplier QAV activity including confirmation of current supplier's quality system and evaluating potential new supplier's quality system - Travel to customer and/or supplier at least 25% of the time - All other duties assigned by management

【Qualifications】
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Education:
REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED: Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience

Qualifications & Skills:
REQUIRED: 2-4 years’ experience in quality control, excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literate, ability to use Microsoft office, and ability to maintain accurate records
PREFERRED: Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Internal Auditor certification
