Job Description

DUTIES:
1 Resolve equipment and system technical or engineering issues along with constructing and
modifying equipment and facility systems by reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams
and equipment specifications
2 Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures as part of repair process in order to
understand & implement long term / standardized solutions.
3 Perform preventative maintenance & repair on all plant production equipment
4 Perform preventive maintenance & repair on all facility equipment.
5 Assist other members of department and other departments when required.
6 Support ISO activities as required
7. Promote a positive work environment/good team member morale through proper 5C.
8. Support company in QCD efforts to achieve our company goals.
9. Support operations in providing a safe work environment ensuring that all applicable
regulatory requirements and proper 5S are met and followed in pursuit of company goal of 0
accidents
10. Supports operations in maintaining compliance with laws and regulations as relates to
employment, safety, environmental, etc.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or above in Industrial Maintenance
• Demonstrated work history of maintenance of precision mechanical systems needing
• repairs within exacting operating ranges.
• Electrical and/or Mechanical certification or ability to demonstrate a proficiency of electrical knowledge during hire process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• Able to work on feet over 90% of shift with
• Twisting, bending, squatting 50+% of shift
• Ability to demonstrate hand dexterity and strength to routinely hold and use various shop and hand tools on a consistent basis over an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be around machinery with high voltage and magnetic fields. (PPE supplied)
• Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as required
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to program ladder logics, VFD’s and PLC’s
• Ability to troubleshoot and program robotics
• Ability to travel as necessary to obtain job proficiency and new equipment training
• A minimum 10 years of proven experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controls, electrical control circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and understand ladder logic diagrams and electrical schematics
