Soccer Coach

【Summary】
日系ユースサッカークラブでSoccer Coachを募集しています。
フィールドプレイヤーとして3年以上の経験があり、コーチングを学びたい方やゆくゆくは複数のチームを指揮するHead Coachになることに興味ある方を探しています。

 Saturday 4:00-6:00pm / Sunday 10:00-12:00am

We are currently seeking a Soccer Coach for a Japanese youth soccer club.

【Essential Duties】

• Develop and implement effective coaching techniques and strategies for the youth soccer team.
• Create and organize training sessions to improve the players' skills, tactics, and overall performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the players, fostering their personal and athletic growth.
• Plan and manage practice schedules, ensuring appropriate drills and exercises are conducted.
• Assess and evaluate the players' abilities and progression, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to team rules, discipline, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.
• Coordinate with other coaches and staff to develop a cohesive and successful team.
• Organize and lead team meetings, discussing game strategies, tactics, and player roles.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns or queries regarding the team.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the players during training sessions, matches, and team events.

【Working Hours】
Saturday 4:00-6:00pm / Sunday 10:00-12:00am

【Qualifications】

• 3+ years of experience as a field player
• Possess a strong understanding and knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and staff.
• Show leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Japanese language skills a plus
