【Position】    
Arcade Technician

【Summary】
A recently established Japanese amusement equipment manufacturer that has expanded into the United States is seeking an Arcade Technician.
Responsibilities include maintenance and installation work for amusement equipment. There will be travel to various parts of the United States (FL, NY, NJ, TX, CA).
While it is preferable for candidates to be able to work from the office in Torrance, CA, remote work from other states is also under consideration. Candidates with previous experience as an Arcade Technician are welcome to apply, as well as those with experience working in amusement facilities or tinkering with machinery.

Arcade Technicianとして勤務経験がある方は歓迎します。もしくはアミューズメント施設での勤務経験をお持ちの方や機械をいじった経験をお持ちの方でしたら応募可能です。

【Essential Duties (not official)】
Install and set up new games and equipment.
Maintain and repair both mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade game machines.
Modify complex systems or undertake diagnostic or mechanical tests.
Diagnose issues, perform routine and preventative maintenance, work with hand tools, and comply with safety procedures.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
Transport machines and assemble the machines.
Perform cleaning of arcade machines.
Assist guests in the arcade and provide customer service support as needed.
Monitor the floor to prevent damages from occurring during operation.
Assist in emergency situations as needed.

【Qualifications】
Business fluency in English
Japanese language skill preferred
Experience working in amusement facilities or tinkering with machinery required
Previous experience as an Arcade Technician preferred
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Be able to travel to various parts of the United States (FL, NY, NJ, TX, CA)
