Japanese-Bilingual Project Manager

Summary
日本や米国のみならず、欧州や東南アジアの政府機関にも注目されているテック企業にて、日英バイリンガルのプロジェクトマネージャーを募集。主な事業は 、新規事業の開発・カスタムAIの開発・技術コンサルティング（主にモビリティ関連）などで未来にワクワクするようなプロジェクトに関わることができます。

Essential Duties

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss project details, expectations, and deliverables.
• Coordinate data analysis, market research analysis, and online customer surveys to gather insights and inform project decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project specifications and requirements.
• Oversee the 3D industrial design process, including the creation of rendered beauty shots and prototypes.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise post-launch, etc.
   

Working Hours & Style
Monday - Friday; 8 hours per day

Torrance, CA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. An engineering background is considered a huge plus.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a tech startup environment.
• Understanding of product development processes, including data analysis, market research, and prototype creation.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Must be fluent in English and Japanese.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Must be willing to travel 2 - 3 times a year both domestically and overseas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
