【Position】
Field Service Engineer

【Essential Duties】
○ Repair of a CNC Lathe
○ On-site Commissioning, Installation, and Testing
○ Modifications
○ Inspection Services and Maintenance
○ Provide On-site Training
○ Technical Support by Telephone or Email
○ Electrical and Programming Analysis and Troubleshooting
○ Extensive travel throughout North America

【Working Hours, Working style】
8:00AM - 5:00PM with 1 hour lunch breaks

Elk Grove Village, IL

【Salary, Benefit】
55-65K

○ Business Trip Allowances (Meals and accommodation)
○ Vacation Days: Refer to the employee handbook for paid leave. 5 days for sick leave

【Qualifications】
○ Repair of industrial machinery and maintenance
○ Experience with electronics systems
○ Strong oral and written communication
○ Ability to travel 50% of the time out of state
○ Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings, control documents, and
electrical schematics
○ Detail-oriented and accurate mechanical ability
○ Able to perform physical activities such as lifting equipment, bending, standing, climbing, or walking
○ Customer service and support experience
