【Position】

Inside Sales Representative

【Summary】

The position performs the role of Inside Sales for the customers, using the computer system to inquire, quote and place orders. Detail duties are listed below.

【Essential Duties】

•           Check emails and respond promptly. •           Find out customers’ needs for MRO product parts and services •           Source requested parts •           Communicate with vendors to fulfill customer’s requirements by confirming price, exporting information, parts information, and lead time. •           Create price quotes •           Review customers purchase records, company information, and adjust the price and lead time or other conditions if needed •           Process PO (Purchase Order) from the customer. Process orders by reviewing all the information carefully and communicating with other departments if necessary. •           If there are any issues such as mis-shipments, lost parts, defects, damage, or other complaints from the customer, respond to the customer quickly and solve the problems as soon as possible. •           ETA requests. Follow up with vendors and logistics team for overdue shipments and inform customers of the order status, tracking number and estimated lead time. •           Update spreadsheet such as ETA lists and Past Due lists •           Open Orders. Work on PO status updates •           Follow up with customers regarding past-due invoices and work on other invoicing issues, work with Accounting Department •           Work with Operations Department regarding shipment, customs, PO/supplier issues, etc. •           Maintain customer records and database, update portals •           Reporting to Management as requested •           Other duties as assigned

【Qualifications】
