Job Description

Accounting AP Modules 1. Maintain vendor files 2. Receive invoices and review for accuracy (submitted by Material Control Department) 3. Posting invoices 4. Check processing, and matching payments to invoices 5. Check payment status for vendors, emails and statements 6. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all invoices and payments are accounted for and properly posted 7. Sort, organize and maintain records accordingly to department’s filing system 8. Responding to Accounts Payable inquiries from vendors, and internal users 9. Understand expense accounts and cost centers 10. Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc) 11. Assisting with audits 12. Perform all other tasks related to the above responsibilities. AR Modules 13. Prepare and send invoices to customers 14. Assisting with audits 15. Perform all other tasks related to the above responsibilities. Administrative 16. Answer and direct phone calls 17. Order office supplies 18. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings 19. Book travel arrangements 20. Handle multiple projects 21. Bank deposits 22. Perform all other tasks related to the above responsibilities.
