Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ? Preparation of accurate account ledgers ? Tax payment management (implementation of 1099 reporting) ? Preparation of audit reports for subsidiaries ? Coordination with audit firms for preparation of consolidated financial reports ? Preparation of quarterly financial reports ? Guidance of account specialists in the preparation of accurate financial reports ? Preparation of responses to surveys and questionnaires by government agencies and similar organizations ? Estimating the amount of funds required and reporting to the supervisor SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: ? Assist Japanese Expatriates for translating Japanese/English ? Troubleshoot office environment issues by contacting related departments/vendors (IT equipment, phone, company assets, etc.) ? Perform other duties as needed or assigned
