【Position】

Office Coordinator

【Essential Duties 】

オフィスコーディネーターは、社内と社内の各部門、また社内と社外組織の橋渡しをします。
業務は多義にわたりますが、キャリアップも十分望める環境です。
業務内容は以下の通りですが、これらに限定されるものではありません：
・役員カレンダーやその他の業務カレンダーを含む複数のアジェンダの管理
・会議、電話/ビデオ会議、その他オンサイトおよびオフサイトイベントの企画、調整、開催
・電話応対、メール対応、郵便物の仕分け、ファイリングなどの事務的作業
・在庫を把握し、会社の消耗品や備品を管理
・英語と日本語の間のスピーチなどの翻訳
・必要に応じて他の部署と協力し合いながら、様々なプロジェクトに対応し、遂行

10AM-18PM ※勤務時間応相談（フル出社）

【Salary, Benefit】

$15.00-$18.00/hr

【Holidays】
