HR Business Partner

HR professional who has minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Proactively offers guidance and assistance to managers and project leaders to increase positive employee relations, team spirit, and efficiency. Coach employees on policy, conflict resolution, and change management to promote a fair and equitable work environment. Partner in implementing and communicating policies and procedures to managers and team members including creating and conducting training opportunities. Assist hiring process by creating/maintaining job descriptions. Fair and consistent thought process to handle and resolve complex Employee Relations and Human Resource issues. Facilitate various HR administration. Perform other job duties as directed.
