【Position】
Marketing Assistant

【Summary】
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing job postings and providing various forms of marketing support.

【Essential Duties】 
Job Posting Management:

• Post job openings on non-time-sensitive job platforms (our website, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job posting platforms).
• Review and edit job postings for errors, typos, and inaccuracies.
• Maintain a schedule for all job postings.

Data Collection and entry:

• Collect performance data for each job posting, including clicks, views, and applications.
• Organize collected data and submit it to the Marketing Manager for analysis.
• Make suggestions for improving advertising strategies based on data.
• Input collected data into Excel for database maintenance and updates.
• Thoroughly review entered data to ensure accuracy.
• Generate reports using Excel and provide them to the Marketing Manager.

General Marketing Support:

• Register information in R-CRM other than online registrations.
• Post articles on the company website.
• Create candidate direct mailers (add contacts and set up delivery).
• Assist the Newsletter project (add contacts, set up delivery, manage lists, and provide statistics).
• Update social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). - Optional

【Working Hours, Working style】
9:00 - 17:00, Hybrid remote working style

【Qualifications】

• Japanese Bilingual - Fluent/Business Level Required. (Reading/Writing)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in marketing or administrative support roles is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of online job posting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (IG, Facebook, LinkedIn) and website content management.
• Analytical skills to gather and interpret performance data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven suggestions for improvements.
• Must be highly motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic.
