Daily Invoicing … Review Shipping Instruction for accuracy, Issue Invoice, E-mail Invoice (including billing via customer website, when applicable) 3. Document Control : Filing & gathering of documents … per guidelines of the Accounting Dept Daily Filing of Shipping Instructions & Invoices (in their Customer folder) Besides Invoice filing, will be other types of documents on occasion For example, New Customer files, gathering/filing their Tax Forms, other Documents As requested by Auditors (through Acct Dept), gathering of documents from your files 4. Assist General Manager … using basic Excel, Word skills For example, emailing orders to the factory, in Excel format (GM will prepare the order mostly, and will instruct how to send it out)
