Sales

Summary

Sales representatives are to achieve the revenue targets set by sales managers. Managers set individual monthly and quarterly targets within an overall revenue objective. They may set targets by individual customer or product group if they wish to focus resources on particular areas of the business.

Essential Duties

1. Build relationships with company vendors, wholesalers, and clients, and provide excellent customer service to each 2. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities 3. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered 4. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling 5. Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations 6. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations 7. Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring 8. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers 9. Other tasks will be assigned as needed.

You are expected to work 7 hours per day. Your supervisor will designate work time anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. VI. Travel Domestic and international business travel is required as needed. VII. Required Education and Experience 1. High school diploma. 2. 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent work experience. 3. Valid driver's license VIII. Preferred Education and Experience 1. Associate’s degree. 2. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Japanese
