Job Description

-Serve as the SME for automotive service and repair shop processes. -Testing and evaluation of prototype solutions and applications. -Work with the global engineering team as a consultant for the development of automotive service and repair solutions. -Gather and communicate the voice of customer and user feedback. -Visit and observe repair facilities to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy using CMC technology solutions. -Monitor the automotive repair and service space including competitor analysis and business trends / needs. -Identify best practices and optimal business models for introducing new service technologies and products to the market. -Take initiative to spot opportunities and take advantage of them.
