Sales Assistant Sales Administrator

Japanese automotive related IT company is seeking Sales Administrator (Hybrid position) The Sales Administrator will be part of the internal Account Management team and assist the Senior Management of Sales, Senior Sales Administrators and Account Managers. Job Description

-Ensure achievement of account managers objectives. Leading the client relationships for the key accounts. -Manage and maintain multiple contracts & resources for the project providing for customer. -Work with Account Manager to draft customer contract for net new projects and renewal of the projects. -Perform monthly operation for invoicing, such as collecting the time sheet for the staff augmentation projects and communicate properly with internal Accounting team to book the revenues -Process customer quote, vendor PO, and invoice by using Microsoft Dynamics365 (CRM) -Maintain order transaction by monitoring status of customer’s inquiry, and delivery from the OEMs, and being able to close whole process by issuing the invoice. -Intensive communication with customer via email & phone and correspond of customer’s inquires and requests. -Communicate with vendors, and OEMs to confirm on customer’s inquiries. ・??????? Gather and develop the base of analytical report by managing multiple data from sales figures, and sales orders. -Update sales records and create reports based on the customer’s request, and managements’ requests. -Creating project plan and materials by understanding needs and expectations of customers. -Carry out all requests of Senior Management of Sales, Senior Sales Administrator and Account Managers -Liaise corporate department (Accounting, HR) and other delivery departments to expand all possible revenue opportunities or efficiency. -Perform other duties as assigned by management and learn and understand the importance of Quality Control and Kaizen. -Assist with high severity requests or issues as needed.
