Job Description

【Summary】
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate mass production of electrical products developed in Japan and manufactured at our U.S. facility.

As a liaison between the U.S. manufacturing site and the Japanese headquarters, you will support production operations from a technical standpoint, help resolve issues on the factory floor, and coordinate effectively across teams to maintain stable production.

This is not a product design role—it focuses on supporting the manufacturing process and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Support mass production of electrical products designed in Japan
• Investigate and provide first-level responses to electrical issues on the production line
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure products meet specifications
• Coordinate technical matters between U.S. teams and Japanese headquarters
• Propose and implement improvements based on issues identified during production
• Participate in regular evening meetings with Japan to ensure alignment

【Working Hours / Style】

• Full-time, Hybrid-site (Peachtree City, GA)
• Regular evening meetings with Japan due to time zone differences

【Salary / Benefits】

• Annual salary: $80,000 - 90,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

【Qualifications】

Must-Have
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge or experience related to electrical systems or components
• Strong coordination and communication skills across departments
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and solve problems independently

Nice-to-Have
• Experience in mass production support or launch of electrical products
• BOM (Bill of Materials) management experience
• Understanding of communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, USB, WiFi, or Bluetooth
• Experience in automotive product development or quality assurance
• Familiarity with development-to-production processes
