【Position】 
Office Administrator (Temp to Hire)

【Summary】
A major Japanese logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Japanese-English bilingual Office Administrator to support smooth organizational operations.

【Essential Duties】
- Provide customer service support via email and phone, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Prepare and process invoices and other administrative documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
- Manage work schedules and assist with project planning.
- Coordinate and arrange necessary orders and logistics for operational needs.
- Support general office operations as needed.

【Working Hours, Working style】
9:00AM-5:30PM

【Working Location】
Lexington, KY

【Salary, Benefit】
$20-25/h (Depending on skills and previous work experience)
※This position will start as a temporary role, with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee based on performance after the trial period.

【Qualifications】
- Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or office support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general data entry systems.
- Bilingual skills in Japanese and English
(Especially strong native-level Japanese skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
