Job Description

【Position】
 Public Relations Manager

【Essential Duties】
★ Lead and implement public relations and communication strategies based on the company’s brand objectives. |
★ Manage media relations including press releases, interviews, and crisis communication.
・Plan and operate social media and digital promotions (content creation, scheduling, performance analysis).
・Organize and execute events and campaigns such as product launches and exhibitions. ・Collaborate with influencers and external partners for joint promotional initiatives.
・Manage and develop the PR team (including Assistant PR Manager).
・Coordinate public relations policies and translation requests with headquarters and global offices.

【Working Hours, Working style】
40 hours per week (to be confirmed)

【Working Location】
 Hybrid (2 days/week at Midtown West Office)

【Salary, Benefit】
 ・Base Salary: $47/ hour (Approx. $98,000 / year)
・Total Annual Compensation (including bonus): Approx. $110,000 / year + comprehensive benefits package

【Holidays】
Weekends and holidays (flexibility required)

【Qualifications】
・Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field. ・Expertise in media relations, brand strategy, or digital marketing.
・Proven leadership experience managing small teams or assistant-level staff.
・Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (business level).
・Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multicultural and international teams. ・Strategic thinker with a strong sense of brand ownership and hands-on execution ability.

・コミュニケーション計画の立案および実行（ブランド戦略に基づく年間PR計画の策定）
★メディア対応（プレスリリース・取材対応・リスク対応を含む）およびメディアリレーション構築 ・SNS
・デジタルプロモーションの企画・運用（コンテンツ制作、投稿スケジュール管理、効果測定） ・イベント・キャンペーン（商品発表会、展示会等）の企画・管理・実施 ・インフルエンサーや外部パートナーとの共同プロモーション施策の推進
・チーム（アシスタントPRマネジャー等）のマネジメントおよび育成 ・本社および国内外の関連拠点との広報方針共有・調整、翻訳業務の対応

【求める経験・人物像】
・広報・PR・企業コミュニケーション分野で 5年以上の経験
・メディア対応、ブランド戦略、デジタルマーケティングいずれかの専門スキルを有する方 ・チームマネジメント経験（アシスタント含む少人数チームの管理経験）
・日英バイリンガル（日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション力）
・多文化環境下での業務調整・グローバルチーム連携に対応できる方
・ブランド価値の最大化を目的に、戦略思考と実務遂行力を兼ね備えた方
