Summary
​​​​​​​We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Executive Assistant (Japanese/English) to provide comprehensive support to the President. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth communication, efficient operations, and effective time management.

Essential Duties
​​​​​​​

• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the President.

• Translate documents, emails, and communications between Japanese and English, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.

• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

• Serve as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

• Support business development activities, including drafting presentations and correspondence.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
