【Position】
 Title: Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

【Summary】
We are seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative
Assistant to be the first point of contact. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, strong
organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual fluency in English and
Japanese is essential to support our diverse client base.

【Essential Duties】
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and messages.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry,
scheduling, travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment servicing as needed.
Assist with client communication in both English and Japanese
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials and agendas.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and reception area.
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
Act as liaison with building management on security badges, service requests.

09:00-17:00 

【Working Location】
Manhattan NY 

【Salary, Benefit】
Temp to Hire 80-85K 
※ For candidates without experience as an Expat Executive Assistant, the salary range may fall between $50K–$60K.
It is expected that this position will transition to a Temp to Hire role after a 3-month probationary period.

【Qualifications】
 High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
3+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
