Sales Assistant staff

1. Important Announcement.

The C.E.O. is taking care of  the company and the related new business.
The job responsibility for this position related to not only the company ., but also for other companies.
 

2. Primary Job Responsibilities: 

Supports C.E.O.’s sales activities and documents management

• Assist C.E.O.’s Sales Work nicely from time to time with following manner.
  • Answering incoming calls and e-mails and report to C.E.O. , suppliers, and customers.
  • Forwarding business inquiries from customers to relative parties with instruction of C.E.O. in timely manner.
  • Receive and dispatch packages from / to customers and relative parties.
  • Support to create the customer List.

✔　Support to create a list for sale number/items after showing.
✔　Support to take care of outstanding invoices with customers and suppliers.
✔　Support to maintain sales items and showroom with pricing and displaying.
✔　Contacting C.E.O’s customers account to manage their payment
Action.
 

3. Secondary Job Responsibilities: 

1. Supports Executive (C.E.O.) : 

• Managing Executive's Calendar
• Communicating with various related offices such as Japan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Milan and Paris office and make the necessary arrangements.
• Directing inquiries for information or execution to the correct parties in the executive’s absence.
• Support Executive to make a presentation.
• Preparing speeches and correspondence in English on behalf of the executive

2. Supports receptionist work for C.E.O.

• Greeting guests and directing them to their destination
• Serving refreshments to guests as necessary
• Managing the reservations for the meeting rooms
• Maintaining the business card database for C.E.O.
• Complete Holiday Greeting Card Work
• Organizing the holiday card list, as well as preparing and sending the cards

3. Supports C.E.O. with Business Travel & Meeting Arrangements

• Make Business Travel & Meeting Arrangements
• Communicating with various related parties and staffs to confirm destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, and accommodations required.
• Issuing tickets or confirmations, preparing itineraries, and compiling reports of travel arrangement transactions
• Obtaining confirmation of all parts of travel arrangements including the rate information
• Providing any other travel support as necessary

4. Supports outstanding work of Group company of Yagi Tsusho HQ for ex C.E.O
