【Position】
Part-time HR Consultant

【Summary】
A Japanese architectural design firm is looking for someone who can take charge of HR enrollment and consulting

【Essential Duties】

Employee Enrollment & Onboarding

• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and enrollment processes.
• Ensure timely collection and accuracy of all necessary documentation and data entry.
• Serve as the point of contact for new employees during the initial phases of employment.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Regularly audit HR processes for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Document and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for enrollment and other HR workflows.
• Stay up to date with HR best practices and compliance standards to recommend proactive improvements.

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
