Job Description

【Position】
System Support Assistant Manager (exempt) 

【Summary】
We are seeking a motivated and skilled System Support Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing technical support to our staff. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a management position in the future.

【Essential Duties】

  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports on system operations and support metrics.
  • Documenting support processes and solutions
  • Implementing system improvements

【Working Hours】
8:00-5:00 (1 hr lunch break)
8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break)
9:00-5:30 (30-minute lunch break)

【Working Location】
Carson, CA

【Salary, Benefit】
 70K-80K

【Qualifications】
Work with different departments to inquire about the different needs and issues they are having with Cargowise and working along with the rest of the support team to develop the system and train the end users on best practices.
Develop SOPs along with different departments on how best to implement and use Cargowise
Maintain the Cargowise system and troubleshoot any issues the other departments are having
Must know logistics operations (import/export/trucking/custom brokerage knowledge)
Business/Management Experience is a must
Printer/server/network configuration is a plus
