【Position】
Accounting Associate

【Summary】
We are looking for Accounting Associate for manufacturer of electronic components including various sensors in Plano, TX.

【Essential Duties】
Accounts Payable

•  Payments to headquarters, group plants, and various vendors
•  Reconciliation of bank accounts after payment of accounts payable
•  Preparation of monthly documents (cash flow statement)
•  Notification and payment of commission calculation to Sales Reps.

Accounts Receivable

•  Accounts receivable collection and payment confirmation
•  Reconciliation of bank accounts after receipt of accounts receivable
•  Contact with banks, Processing CHECK
•  Preparation of various reports (A/R Aging)

Inventory management

•  Confirmation of materials after inventory and sending to head office

Closing

•  End of month/quarter/year
•  Balance sheet/income statement preparation
•  Preparation and distribution of head office request documents
•  Creation of consolidation packages

Administration / General Affairs

•  Purchase of office equipment
